Tutoring Policy:

All tutoring material will be provided by Hillview Prep.
Should a student not be able to attend a scheduled session, the tutor must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no extra cost.
Missed sessions must be rescheduled promptly between the student and program director.
Program alterations may be requested before the end of the second session.
Hillview Prep tutors may not be solicited for services outside company operations.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Payment Methods: Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
First half payment must be completed by 1/3 of the courses completion. The remaining balance must be completed by the courses last session.
Alternate payment plans are available based on request and availability.
